Karate beach workout!

Come join the Goju Warriors for a Karate beach workout!

For a $4.00 donation to the Goju Warriors, there will be a workout for all karate classes and students, a barbeque for all, and lots of fun! Not only do we want our students to have a memorable experience, we care about our parents too; if all families attending bring something in, we can all come together and have a “family” barbeque after our workout!

Students participating in the workout will be getting in the water and must be in their gi’s. There is a restroom at the location. If interested or for more information, please contact Sensei Orlando Rodriguez, or Catherine at catvaz@comcast.net. Hope to see you there!
